My Family
We (my family of 4, kids 7 &10) stayed at this hotel in February. I cannot say enough about the place. It was well maintained. The grounds were cleaned on a daily basis and very early in the morning, so as not to disturb the guests. The staff could not have been more hospitable. They went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. They are very welcoming and friendly. The beach.... what can I say except it is breath taking. And again the staff are wonderful. The entertainment is also exactly what it should be. The housekeeping staff go out of their way to avoid disturbing you. The food was not a favorite of my kids but they did not go hungry either. And the chefs in the main dining room were more than willing to try to please them. There was always something to be found. I cannot understand why anyone would complain about anything. I do understand that some people had some issues but once the front desk was notified they again went out of their way to help. I hope everyone enjoys this resort and Cuba as much as we did. We will be returning to this resort.

We had a great time, good beach, good bars good resturants , laid back and relazed , staff were really good helpful, pleasant polite, made us feel at home . No one pestered you to buy stuff on the beach , plenty of activity if you wanted, good entertainment. out of 6 night 4 were above average, great piano player in the hotel lobby most evenings.Loved their bread and terrific breakfast grill.Some good buys at the Airports.
Only other shop was the gift shop in the hotel which was Not overpriced, would I go back , Yes in a heart beat . Next time I would take one of the trips, this time was a chill out holiday could not tear myself away from the lovely white warm sand. W & D from Mississaga Canada.
