“ In the City...by the sea...Bliss in the Tropics…”. Thus read the original advertising of this Hotel Complex, that nowadays constitute the Flagship of Cubanacán Hotels. Open in the early ´50s, the property is located West of Cuba’s Capitol City, in Miramar residential zone facing a private ocean sandy beach, yet only few minutes away from the historical centre of Havana. During its half Century of uninterrupted operation, the Hotel has been refurbished and reequipped to today’s standards expected by its clientele, mainly of businesspersons, Congress participants and Honeymooners.

Hotel and bungalow complex in the heart of Havana Miramar neighbourhood. Ideal hotel to stay for a family with kids
“Comodoro November 2013 ”
Comodoro hotel condition are poor. We just came from Cuba an rent a room at this hotel. We have to leave the hotel before our reservation end, and we are not sure the money will be refund to us. We were without water one full day. The shower water was cold all the time, not hot water was available. The bathroom have mold on walls, shower courtain, and floor. Also, we found mold around the room. The room was not clean at all, you can see dust on the furniture and ceiling. The air condition was broken one night. We reported to the night staff shift, and instead of change us the room we have to way for the morning shift. Two of the day we rent in the hotel was rainning, you can see rainning water filtraiting thru the roof, doors, and elevator. Big hazard issue on this hotel. We do not recommended at all. Most of the hotel staff were friendly, and try to help us, but they have not resoucer at all.
